Small and mid-market · In your tenant · Fixed price

Most AI pilots never reach production. We install yours and keep it running.

TheFrontierForge builds one AI workflow into production for small and mid-market teams: in your tenant, at a fixed price, by senior engineers. Own it, or we run it.

One engagement, two modes

ShipThe door

One workflow, into production

Ship is the door. We take one document-heavy or stalled workflow, invoice intake, claims, KYC, contract review, and put it into production on your systems, with human review and an audit trail built in.

OperateChapter two

Keep it reliable

Operate is chapter two. The same team keeps the system reliable once it is live: evals, monitoring, integration, governance, and cost control, run as a retainer.

How a workflow reaches production

Nearly every firm now runs AI; very few get value from it. The constraint is not model access. It is implementation: the exception handling, review gates, and integration that turn a demo into a system people rely on.

The methodology, named

It is called the Seven Gates. Four stages take a workflow from a demo to production, and nothing goes live until it clears all seven gates.
